OUR MISSION   

  • To aid in the acclimation of New Members of Greater St. Stephen Full Gospel Baptist Church by providing an effective link to information about our church, services and events
  • To embrace and nurture new members so that they will embrace their new status and assist in carrying out the vision of our Pastor and do “Greater works for God”
  •   To  guarantee that each new member will feel included in the “Greater Experience” and become planted in the ministry as a permanent member

 

 

 

 OBJECTIVES

 

 

 

 • Big Brothers/Big Sisters Ministry (BB/BS) will provide every new member with a contact within the
    ministry.
            - Males will be assigned to be Big Brothers to males.
            - Females will be assigned to be Big Sisters to females.

 • Big Brothers/Big Sisters will make a weekly call to the new member to ensure that they are attending  
    church, and to answer any questions about the ministry. 

  • Big Brothers/Big Sisters will maintain a record of all attempts to contact new members and submit a 
    report every week of the Calling Record via website, email or hard copy to the Director of Big 
    Brothers/Big Sisters Ministry.

  • Big Brothers/Big Sisters Ministry consists of those members of Greater St. Stephen FGBC who are 
     committed to making calls and are accountable to the ministry and the church to fulfill their duties as 
     Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
